It’s another holiday weekend and Balsam Hill Farm will be open from 9am -4pm both Saturday and Sunday, December 13th and 14th. Local artist and illustrator Jack Bakley will have his holiday card selections available for purchase again this weekend at the farm. You can also contact Jack directly at peninkmaine.com. The choose-and-cut fields are open on Saturday with a limited selection of fresh fragrant balsam fir Christmas trees. A decision is pending on whether or not the cutting fields will be open on Sunday. There is a wide selection of fragrant balsam fir Christmas trees waiting for you in our pre-cut area as well as a full selection of fresh Maine-made wreaths to complete your holiday decorating. As always, we accept cash or check as payment and there is twine available to assist you with securing your prefect tree to your vehicle for the journey home.
